Will you place ads on my site?
No. We will not place ads on your site. If you want to put ads on your site or links to us, we always appreciate it.

Can I upgrade or change my service? How does that work?
You can change your service at any time. We may find that your needs change faster than you guessed. It is free to upgrade and the only charge would be the price difference in the plan you upgrade to or the additional services you require.

Do you allow sites to advertise for money, on their web site?
Yes we allow you to run a commercial Web site. In fact, we enourage it.

Can I see some of the websites you host?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, through PayPal. We accept checks, money orders, cash, and bank transfers.

Are your server's Unix / Linux, or Windows NT?
Our servers are Linux Red Hat Red Hat 9.0, and Red Hat Enterpise Linux 3-4. NT is a fine server, it's just not our focus.

Do you allow adult sites?
Yes we do. We let you do what you like with your Web site with some reasonable caveats. If you want to have a site that shows off your bad self, go right ahead. All we ask is that the site must be legal in the United States.

Is tax included with my monthly or yearly plan?
Yes, tax is included within the price.

What control panel do you use and do you have a demo?
The control panel we use is called cPanel.

Can I pay monthly?
Yes, you may pay month to month with no contracts.

Can I host friends?
Yes, you may host your friends.

How long does it take to setup my account?
Your account will be setup automatically within 15 minutes of ordering, when paying with a credit card. If you choose to pay using another method such as Paypal, please allow up to ten hours.

Are you sure there are no hidden costs, or setup fees?
There are no hidden costs or fees.

How much is extra bandwidth and space?
If you need more bandwidth or disk space e-mail us to upgrade you to a higher plan. If you need more bandwidth or space then our highest plan offers, then contact us and we will set up a custom plan.

Do you offer telnet or shell access?
Due to security issues, we do not offer telnet or shell access. You are still able to unzip files on the server using our file manager as well as the ability to setup cron jobs. However all of our dedicated servers come with root access as well as ssh

Can I password protect directories?
Yes you can password protect directory's within cPanel.

Can I have a secure blog where nobody can read it but my friends?
Yes you can. We can set you up with the software for an additional cost or you can do it yourself with one of our pre-configured software applications.
